Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 September 2026
By using vinylsnatch.com you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What Vinyl Snatch is
Vinyl Snatch is a price comparison service for vinyl records: we collect prices and editions published by partner stores and show them to you in one place. We are not a store, we don't sell products, and we don't handle payments, shipping, returns or after-sales support — these always remain the responsibility of the store you buy from.
Price accuracy
Prices, availability and editions are collected automatically from partner store websites and may change without notice or contain inaccuracies at the time of your visit. Always check the final price and availability on the store's own site before buying — Vinyl Snatch does not guarantee that the prices shown are always up to date or correct.
Affiliate links
Some links to partner stores are affiliate links: if you make a purchase after clicking one of these links, Vinyl Snatch may receive a commission from the store, at no extra cost to you. This doesn't influence the order in which we show prices: we always rank offers from lowest to highest price, regardless of any affiliate arrangements.
Account and wishlist
You can sign in with your Google account to save a personal wishlist. You're responsible for keeping access to your Google account confidential; we reserve the right to suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively towards the service.
Acceptable use
You may not: attempt to bypass the site's security measures, extract data in bulk (automated scraping) without authorisation, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
Covers, tracklists and other album-related content belong to their respective rights holders (record labels, artists, services like iTunes/Deezer/Discogs) and are shown for informational purposes. The layout, code and Vinyl Snatch brand are owned by Simone Lonati.
Limitation of liability
Vinyl Snatch is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from purchases made on third-party sites, inaccuracies in the prices shown, or temporary unavailability of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the consumer's local court, where applicable by law.
Changes
We may update these terms over time; the date at the top shows the last update.
