What Vinyl Snatch is

Vinyl Snatch is a price comparison service for vinyl records: we collect the prices and editions published by partner shops and show them to you in one place. We are not a shop, we don't sell products, and we don't handle payments, shipping, returns or after-sales support — those always remain the responsibility of the shop you buy from. The service is free.

Accuracy of prices

Prices, availability and editions are collected automatically from the partner shops' websites and may change without notice or contain inaccuracies when you visit. Always check the final price and availability on the shop's website before buying — Vinyl Snatch does not guarantee that the prices shown are always up to date or correct.

Affiliate links

Some links to partner shops are affiliate links (advertising): if you buy after clicking one of them, Vinyl Snatch may receive a commission from the shop, at no extra cost to you. This does not affect the order in which we show prices: we keep sorting offers from the lowest price to the highest, regardless of any affiliate agreement.

As an Amazon Associate, Vinyl Snatch earns from qualifying purchases.

Account, wishlist and price alerts

You can sign in with your Google account to keep a personal wishlist and to set price alerts. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account confidential; we reserve the right to suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively against the service. You can ask us at any time to delete your account and your data by writing to the address below. Alerts are not a guarantee of availability or price.

Acceptable use

You may not: try to bypass the site's security measures, extract data in bulk (automated scraping) without authorisation, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

Covers, tracklists and other album-related content belong to their respective owners (record labels, artists, services such as iTunes/Deezer/Discogs), as do the trademarks and logos of the shops, and are shown for information purposes. The layout, the code and the Vinyl Snatch brand are the property of Simone Lonati.

Limitation of liability

Vinyl Snatch is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from purchases made on third-party sites, from inaccuracies in the prices shown, or from temporary unavailability of the service. Consumer rights that the law does not allow to be limited remain unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the consumer's court applies, where required by law.

Changes

We may update these terms over time; the date at the top shows the last update.
